You want to start the dry brine 3 days before you cook the Turkey.
It takes 2-3 days for our carrier to get the Harvest Brine to you.

That means that for Thanksgiving 2016, we need your Brine order no later than Thursday Nov. 17th (this Thursday)..and that is tight.

Not that I am rushing you... but if you want Harvest Brine (and you do) for your Thanksgiving turkey, time is not on your side.
