My take on Landarc's recent thread on traditional Teriyaki Chicken.

Excellent. Just excellent. A must try.
I departed, somewhat, from Landarc's solid teriyaki foundation by adding some fish sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds and diced jalapenos. I also juliene some carrots, chayote, scallions, mint leaves, jicama and placed them with the chicken, in some Romaine leaves with a bit of the glaze and drippings reduction as an Asian taco.
Amazing Flavors. Bon Appetite
Here are some pictures, start to finish. Bon appetite!
