Lamb Shoulder Blade Chops

I'm a bachelor this week, and that clears me to cook things my wife doesn't like.

I'm starting with lamb shoulder chops today.

Marinaded in McCormick's Brazilian Steakhouse, and cooked hot and fast with some mesquite chips for smoke.
