Lamb Chop Treat

My wife is not really into lamb. She's visiting friends this weekend and I am treating myself to some grilled chops. :-D

Marinaded about 4 hours in McCormick's Brazilian Steakhouse, and cooked hot and fast with some mesquite smoke on the BGE.

Serving this with a baked spud tonight for dinner. :-D

Those look awesome. I'm not sure how you keep your gasket so clean, though! I replace mine every year, and it never looks that good for very long.

It's a brand new base with 3 cooks on it. My old base cracked and I had it replaced on warranty. It came with a new gasket. I've replaced the gaskets 3 times in 10 years with an aftermarket gasket. When it gets warmer, I'll replace the dome gasket.
