I've had mine for a while now. I do @2-3 Pig roasts a year for family and friends. It's a great cooker and everyone loves the finished product.

I have done a few Thanksgiving Turkeys with it as well, again, no complaints.

Teach me please! :grin: I can’t get it right.

What didn't you like about the results you got? If we know what was wrong we can help get right!

I don’t want to hijack the thread so I’ll post this for another time but I tried to inject it with a homemade mojo. I think maybe too much garlic left the meat bitter.
