Knives for prepping/slicing BBQ meats

I had to look hard, but the Nexus brand knives are made in China.

Sorry, but I will never buy a Chinese made knife. I have several custom made knives made right here in the USA, very good quality. Check out ML knives at https://ml-knives.com/

That's why I like Dexter Russell. The Dexsteel knives are made in USA and the Sani-Safe handled knives can be run through the dishwasher. Pretty inexpensive to boot.

If you can't readily find an OOM, it's a certainty that it's made in China. Some manufacturers seem to go out of their way to hide where they're made :mad2:
