I have been grilling for years but after I bought a Big Green Egg two years ago my passion has morphed into an obsession. Besides the BGE, I have a Weber Genesis and giant outdoor wok called a Disc-It. Needless to say I spend a lot of time in my back yard cooking. I'm looking forward to participating on the forum, learning from other and sharing my experiences.
