Kettle TD--"Pasta" and Meatballs

I've been eating low carb, so no pasta for me, but, if I were to get to pick my last meal, it would include pasta. I hate to be this guy, but you have to finish that pasta in the sauce, and there is no garlic bread. I would still finish my plate, if given the opportunity.:-D

Bought a spiralizier for the sole purpose of zucchini noodles. Didn't really care for them, but I love zucchini, just about any other way.

Looks amazingly good Sako. I really like cooking meat roasting veggies on the smoker for my pasta sauces just adds a dimension that can't be produced any other way.

My favorite is 1/3 beef, 1/3 lamb, and 1/3 pork. Also makes a fine meatloaf.
