Made another one tonight...topped with thin sliced steak, avocado mash, sour cream, and 1/2 tablespoon of hot salsa. I will probably use these in my dinners 3 times a week.

I just do 1/2cup cheese mixed with and egg. Sometimes I add 2 teaspoons almond flour. About 300 calories the way I make them. They are so versatile and delicious.
