Sounds like momentum is moving in the right direction. Several of us helped cook and prep for the last class here on LI a few years back. I think Eric helped round up many of the candidates, Jerry and Linda were the KCBS Reps then. Maybe give Eric a shout out and see what may be feasible. If one is scheduled, I am sure several of us can help with the cook, prep and putting together the required turn ins for the prospective judges to evaluate.
