Yep, that's a pork crown roast. I guess the girlfriend was getting tired of pulled pork, brisket, ribs & chicken......Hmmm.....:icon_blush: practice, practice...

As my daughters are now in their late teens, we have been just doing Sunday night Q for the last couple years instead of the every other weekend gig. They may not want to hang with Dad for the whole weekend, but they certainly don't miss Sundays! :thumb:
