Gloomy, chilly day in the Chicago area today. Ribs are sure to brighten things up.

One rack gets a coating of #porkmafia Sweet Pink dry marinade for about a half hour.

Decided to try out some Butcher BBQ Butcher's Private Seasoning, as if I don't have enough different rubs in my cabinet. For the second rack I mixed up some Oakridge Jah Love Jamaican Jerk Seasoning with some oil, slathered up and into the fridge last night, then it got another another light coating before going into the smoker. #porkmafia/Butcher in front, Oakridge Jerk in back.

Into the FEC at 260 for about 4 hours.

Sauced them up a bit...

Butcher/Holy Smokes. Didn't set up as much as the jerk ribs.

Plated up with some Carolina slaw & cornbread casserole. That was some good eats!

Great looking ribs. How did you like the jerk spices on the ribs? Spicy?
They were on the spicy side, but not over the top spicy. Although I should have left a part unsauced to see how the Oakridge rub is on it's own. The All Spice sauces are all on the spicy side.

If you like garlic & spicy Bloody Mary's, add a splash of the All Spice Garlic Chipotle to a bloody. :thumb:
