Its 1am, and Where are Your Butts?

Just seeing if anyone else is cooking. Got a 4pm deadline, so just put on 11 butts, some beans, and will be smoking 4 chickens later this morning.

Not me. Just catching up on some brethren reading but may whip up a batch of waffles soon for mothers day.

Cooked a chit load of butts and brisket today. Should be good through tomorrow. Do it again tomorrow night.
