Indian Shenanigans in the 505 - w/ Pr0n!

Love a good Northern Indian feast, and yours looks fantastic, Marc! Those chapli kabobs look wonderful.

I've been wanting to make Vindaloo from scratch, but using sliced pieces of grilled chicken tikka or tandoori. Most Indian places tend to use unseasoned chicken in this dish, but the added flavor of the tikka/tandoori seasonings really kicks it up a notch.

Another dish I'd like to make is Daal Mahkni, so that's another I need to get to as well.

Epilogue:

It's lunch time around here. I took the chapli kebab leftovers to a whole different continent by going Greek/Turkish in a wrap with feta cheese, onion, tomato, tatziki sauce, and I had to include some of the mint chutney from last night.

Inspiring stuff, Marc! I've done very minimal Indian cooking even though I enjoy the food quite a bit. We have a lot of Indian & South Asian spots around here, including markets with all the cool ingredients. Need to avail myself more of that kinda thang. Your vittles look amazing!
