Ideas for left over pulled pork

Man, I got some great ideas from you guys. Can't wait to try some of them.
Ricks tropical delight, I have to stop looking at your posts before lunch, I get hungry looking at them and then I have to eat off the lunch truck. What a let down.:-D

pulled pork Taco's

lay some flat corn tortilla's on a plate
nuke for a minute
turn over and nuke for another minute
turn over again, top with pulled pork and grated cheddar
nuke till cheese starts to melt
drench in home made fresh garden salsa and tear off some lettuce
try to roll it up enough to stuff it in your mouth

repeat above procedure

goes good with beer. My favorite brand is cold.

I use my left over PP for nacho's, burrito's, omletts....... but I am deinately going to try some of these other ideas.
