You named it right. My wallet would not survive an encounter with that store- good thing it is so far away from me.

Half my house came from Costco. Had no idea these business centers existed. Wow

There are only few locations in the US. So most Costco members will never see or step foot in one.

Great feature of Costco Business Center is they open early. 7 am vs 10 am for normal warehouse. But they're closed on Sunday. You can get free delivery if you purchase $250 or more. For purchases under $250, there's delivery surcharge of $25. But how many can shop at Costco and spend under $250? But if you opt for delivery, you miss out on the marked down expiring meat deals. You can only get that if you visit the warehouse when they have some available.

That's not too far from where I work. I'm gonna go broke saving money.

Thanks for putting this up, Sako - I've gotten so much cool info from yer posts! :clap2:

Thought it was cool that prime briskets were only ten cents a pound more than choice ones.

haha, what I exactly thought Charles. I guess it matters for some businesses or folks.

You think one of those lamb carcasses will fit in the Hunsaker?

Nope! I mean if I separate it into quarters it will. As a whole hanging though my LSG should handle it either in the oven (baffle plate removed) or the main chamber.

So where is the picture of your cart when finished?

I loaded of some but my freezers are full and it's literally 20 mins away so I'll let them hold it until I need it Marty. :becky:

There's one up in Commerce. That's a lot closer took me than No Ho. Looks like I know where I'm going tomorrow.

Most definitely. There is also one in Hawthorne for the South Bay Farkers.

Pig should fit on the Ranch.....

But I am seriously going to head up there. Thanks for posting Sako

Depending where you live there is one in Commerce and Hawthorne also Sergio.

I'm sorry to inform you, but I think you died and went to heaven. Holy crap! That is unlike any Costco I've ever seen!

hahaha. I'm sorry. Didn't mean to. :-D Yeah, it's def a lot less busy also. A LOT LESS.

I have never seen a Business Center before One could do some serious damage to their wallet in that place

Believe it or not the damage isn't that bad George. I was shocked when the cashier gave me my total. I expected a lot more.

I've been to the one down in San Diego many times. If I had a big family or another chest freezer I too could go broke saving money! :becky:

That's why I stared at the the chest freezer they had and wondered if I "needed" one. :-D Figured since they're located so close no need to stock pile.

I have never ever been so farking jealous!!!! Chalk up another advantage of living in SoCal versus NorCal (north of Sacramento). Our little Costcos up here are nothing like that! It’d almost be worth all the traffic and high cost of living to be near a place like that! Very nice, Sako! I’m sure you’ll be on a first name basis with the butcher there soon enough!

Wow never realized the business centers had the selection they do (I pictured office supplies). I have one about 200 miles from me, road trip once I'm back to driving.

Well I shared your wonderful pics with my wife and she just doesn't get it. I was excited and drooling and she kept saying are we done yet. Probably be doing my road trip alone.

$850 for 208 litres of OO - ~ $4 a litre.
Honestly, who would use it like this.
I guess a pump on the top.
Too bad no Business center near me,
the regular Costco, though, is 1.1 mile away.

(The issue with the drum is that it's lined.)
