Off today after 2 days of cold drizzle. Was hoping to cook something with fire but temps in the 40s with 20-25 mph winds so I decided to stay in. 30ish tonight with a mid 20s wind chill so maybe some Chicken and dumplings!

Chicken cut up and ready to go on

C&D lookin real good and VERY comforting. We are looking at 27* in the morning, pretty sure you are gonna be in the low 20's. Hoping this is the last blast for the year.

Great looking stuff there Bill. I'm with you, I had already said my goodbyes to old Man Winter, but like some guests, he doesn't know when to leave. I had store-bought chicken & dumplings last night, but yours looks far superior, no doubt they taste it as well.

That looks great :thumb:. Haven't seen 40 degrees outside since last week. Got a foot of snow in New York on Tuesday........waiting on spring :twitch: :twitch: :twitch:
