A few months back, I destroyed some fresh pork roasts. Dry, inedible, terrible. Thought I should throw it all away. Someone on here told me to simply throw it in a pan with some chicken broth to simmer for a while, then serve it over rice. Well, I pulled a package outta the freezer and did just that. Came out truly excellent. The wife even enjoyed it (which is hard to do). Just goes to show you, there is always a way to salvage even the worst of performances. Makes me thankful for this site, and the fact that there is still a place where the internet savages who destroy people for the fun of it (or asking a dumb, amateur question) are not the norm. Thanks!
