Customer appreciation day at my job state farm. We cooked 36 racks of ribs, 16 butts, 80 pounds of chicken on my 250 and 160 hotdogs. 10 half pans of beans and 10 half pans of Cole slaw. along with chips and drinks. we had about 400 people come out. Everything turned out great! didn't get pics of the beans, cole slaw, hotdogs or chicken but got the Pork which I cooked Friday and hot held until we placed it back on the smoker Saturday morning.
