Im a rookie..What is CAB? And won't the judges taste the chopped meat? If its in the box, they can judge it, right? Why would you risk putting in bad meat if they could or would judge it? Like I said, Im a rookie and don't know a whole lot of comp stuff. YET!
 
This week I am cooking a SRF Black vs a Costco Prime. I will prepare them the exact same way. I'm curious to see if the SRF is worth the price difference. It's a pretty expensive experiment.
