Help with Grilling Chicken

The same can be said of fish. The fish or the chicken will release from the grill when it is done. If you have to scrape it off, then it isn't ready yet. But I always use pam or spray olive oil. Those sprays have come a long way, they have garlic and basil flavors now available. I have also in the past, used a piece of bacon rolled up on some tongs, it works well too.
