Help! How long will a 3 pound brisket point take to smoke?

I picked up a brisket point today. Usually, they are bigger....more like 6 pounds. However, the only one they had today was only 3 pounds.

Any idea how long it takes smoke a 3 pound point at 250?

Not very long I would think. Like 4-6 hours. I have never smoked one that small.
