Howdy. I found this site when I stumbled on Jeremy's BBQ restaurant thread. Wow, what a trip that has been. Hope things turn out well for him.
I'm an old retired guy that's been smokin' on a WSM for about 15 years. Learned a lot on TVWB site over the years and can turn out some edible Q. I've enjoyed looking around this site and think this old dog might learn a thing or two.
Spent the last 45 years in KC. Just moved to Iowa (WTF :shocked
last summer to me near our grandson. We've enjoyed watching him play soccer and basketball. But dang, I'm gonna miss that KC BBQ. We've sampled a couple of joints here in Cedar Rapids but need to do more research :grin: before I pass judgment.
Any way, thought I'd introduce myself. I look forward to absorbing the wisdom of the Brethren!
