HEB - Texas Prime Seasoning

Any of you Texas farkers tried this? Looked pretty good, so I picked some up while I was there for the Bash.

I'd probably mix it with some olive oil and slather it on.

Yep, that's what I'm thinking. Love the coarse seasonings on roasts & veggies.

Looks like it would be great on a prime rib.

We used it on a prime rib last Christmas. Rubbed on some evoo then sprinkled it on generously. We really enjoyed it. The bark it produced was seriously good.
