Besides, all the really great cooks I've ever known seem to like an old school way of doing things, not only in utensils but also the simplicity of their food. The flavor isn't simple, though. They know how to shape the flavor of their food because of their own great palates and familiarity with herbs and spices. :icon_smile_tongue:
