I make beef dip all the time. My wife saw this at her work ( they smoke there own meats in house ) So she had to bring some home.



I was skeptic at first, but damn, this is stuff is good. And honestly, $9.99.lb isn't a bad price for a smoked brisket dip. Seems to go really good with Frito's, which made me think of 16Adams.

I think its 1:1 cream cheese/sour cream. Not sure how much shredded smoked brisket, but im guessing you can add to you get the consistency you like. As far as other ingredients i have no idea.


I bet there is some seasoning rub added, but i don't think its black pepper heavy if any at all. Seems to be light color rubs otherwise i suspect the dip would be darker.
