Had rib-eyes last night (smoked over hickory for a half hour, then seared). Today, burgers for lunch, and some pork spre-ribs for dinner..

Tomorrow, I'll try to talk her into a meatloaf.....

Worked this morning then did some Leidy's sausage with apple chips and some chicken and a roast with Salt Lick rub and sauce over some more apple chips.
