I have been asked to procure the meat and cook hamburgers and hotdogs for my neighborhood's block party. Nothing fancy. Regular size hot dogs (80/case) and 1/4 pound Sam's Club 75/25 seasoned frozen beef patties (48/case). Others will bring side dishes, so it's not just the meats. We expect 68 adults and 31 kids from toddlers to teens, including some hungry teen boys. We don't want to run out but also don't want to overshoot too much.

Thanks for any suggestions regarding how many of each to get.

since Sam's won't let you buy half cases your stuck with 2 cases of burger and one case of dog. Leftover frozen burgers will keep if you don't run out. If you do run out they can still eat dogs. Dogs are so cheap if no one wants the leftovers your not out much.
