Ham Steak and Red Eye Gravy. May not be exactly right but is quite edible
Sear ham steak in cast iron skillet
(Even better if it’s a skillet you learned to cook on at young age)
Remove ham and set aside
Add
1 T bacon grease
1 T real butter
Spread all around skillet til bubbly
Add 1T Almond flour
Make a roux
Add 1 cup coffee and stir continuously
When slightly thickened add back ham
Simmer while toasting Ezekiel Bread
Layer
