classic shrimp and grits and pepper stout beef.....

one more note on this.......we soaked more grits yesterday and had this a second time last night......you know how they always say things are better the next day.....this was worlds better than even the day before.

next time, i'l make the stock and sauce the day before and will grill the shrimp and cook the grits the day we eat it.
