I Seasoned Mahi Mahi Seasoned with some Chipotle Seaoning threw it on my Primo JR at 400 raised direct. 3 minutes, skin side down, then 6 minutes flesh side down(rotated 90 degrees half way through). Was 140 Degrees after the 9 minutes.
Roasted Asparagus and Arborio Rice, Black Beans with Chili Powder and Sea Salt.

Mahi Mahi is a great fish to grill, and after seeing your wonderful picture I'm going to have to do the same.. Great job.
