Since the heat index only got up to 106*F today, What with this semi cold front I figured I would duck out and do some steaks on the gasser.
The Wife picked up acouple of good cuts. Anyone else like the Nolan Ryan beef? It's good but kind of pricey. It's a you get what you pay for around here.
These were about 1 1/4" thick. Ksalt and some Udder Madness rub. Thanks Tuscaloosa Q! I was not going to hang with these steaks because of the heat so I probed them both with the GrillEye.
Looking for 130*F IT.
