I have not posted in the last few weeks because Jackie and I were on vacation in the Adirondack on the Raquette River, at Blake Lake.

That was my thoughts. Wider grill marks. Cross between griddle and grill. I get such good grill marks on most things I grill. Burgers might be the only thing I'd flip it for.
