Good looking boy too. Hopefully he will carry on the tradition and someday you can sit back and enjoy his cooking.
 
The knife is a victoronix. (Sp?) it's a good knife, lightweight but now that I have used it several times it needs to be sharpened. A man I work with tried sharpening it with a stone and said it is a very hard knife and he could barely get an edge on it. Any one have an ideas or tips?
