No, not spelling challenged - just expressive.
I finally got a chance to fire up my new-to-me 22.5 WSM. I did learn that four eight pound chickens will not fit on a 22.5" grate. (My first thought was beer cans to stand them up, but I drink bottle beer and it was too early in the morning to drink that much.) The fourth chicken was a perfect fit in my mini-WSM.
Here they are almost done.
The bottom rack holds a twenty pound butterball that is almost done.
The chickens are off now and while they rest, I stole a leg from the one that I cooked in the mini using only pecan for smoke wood. It tasted really good!
