First time doing wings on PBC

Inspired by the Throwdown, plus Wife loves wings, so gave em a shot on the PBC.

Did 3 types; all-purpose rub, Wife's spice mix, and Chinese 5-spice type.

Did 2 batches...

Last batch was just about perfect.

Here they are plated. Sauced em with KC Masterpiece+Siracha, Franks+butter, and hoisin+jam.

Pretty dang good meal!

Definitely gonna do these again. Learned a lot, and with results like these...
