First success with Pizza

After failing miserably at my first attempt using the PizzaQue, I thought I could use the metal peel and what a mistake. I bought a bamboo peel and it was so much easier. I need some suggestions on corn meal brands? I grabbed first one I saw and it was fine ground and sifted and very much like flour. I'm thinking there has to be a coarse ground corn meal.

Looks pretty tasty... Try "Bob's Red Mill Stone Ground Extra Course" should be able to find it nation wide.
