First smoke on my self made uds.. ribs and a butt. KCMO.

Learned a little today. First off, not to try to do a smoke while brewing a batch of beer when I'm still learning how to run my smoker. Second, cheap temperature probes suck. Need to purchase a good one. This thing won't read anything over 300 f. It has been a long day already and the butt is only at 175'F it is almost 1am. I am enjoying it though. Relax and have a home brew.
