Got Wood.
Hung some spareribs and did some chicken wings. Used a rib hanger and vortex basket from Hunsaker and upgraded to the Cajun Bandit door. Turned out great!!! Ribs were tender and juicy and wings had crispy skin which I was shooting for. Very happy with this first cook. Next week is brisket. I forgot to take pics during the cook. Had company and was distracted.
