Hung some spareribs and did some chicken wings. Used a rib hanger and vortex basket from Hunsaker and upgraded to the Cajun Bandit door. Turned out great!!! Ribs were tender and juicy and wings had crispy skin which I was shooting for. Very happy with this first cook. Next week is brisket. I forgot to take pics during the cook. Had company and was distracted.

Looks great! Way to pick up the Cajun Bandit door too. That makes all the difference in the world. Only other thing I've added was a BBQ Guru and I haven't looked back.
