Jeez, that is a hard call. I've found that steaks can vary greatly depending on where in the world you are eating them, and their names change too so here's a list by region, and ordered within:
USA: Ribeye, NY Strip, Tbone, Sirloin
UK: Sirloin (Which is actually a NY Strip), Rump (Which is actually Sirloin) dead last: Ribeye, they're terrible there
Australia: Scotch Fillet (which is a ribeye), Hanger steak
Chile (where things really get weird): Entraña (which is skirt steak and is FANTASTIC there), Picanha (Sirloin cap), Lomo Liso (NY Strip), Lomo Vetado (Ribeye)
USA: Ribeye, NY Strip, Tbone, Sirloin
UK: Sirloin (Which is actually a NY Strip), Rump (Which is actually Sirloin) dead last: Ribeye, they're terrible there
