Favorite Steak Cut?

Jeez, that is a hard call. I've found that steaks can vary greatly depending on where in the world you are eating them, and their names change too so here's a list by region, and ordered within:

USA: Ribeye, NY Strip, Tbone, Sirloin
UK: Sirloin (Which is actually a NY Strip), Rump (Which is actually Sirloin) dead last: Ribeye, they're terrible there
Australia: Scotch Fillet (which is a ribeye), Hanger steak
Chile (where things really get weird): Entraña (which is skirt steak and is FANTASTIC there), Picanha (Sirloin cap), Lomo Liso (NY Strip), Lomo Vetado (Ribeye)

I like my Tbones and porter houses. I did this week get ripped off by Safeway, as I purchased a tray of Tbones, and there were 0 filets on any of the tbones that were hidden under the displayed tbone.

That really pisses me off when stores do that!
