Have not cooked one in a while. Plan to do 2 for future bake beans and some for me. I remember 145 as a good Temp for them. Am I right. Thanks
 
Being ground pork I go to 160°, but that’s just me.

Solid cuts are 145° around here, we’ll unless it’s a pork butt to pull, then I cook it till the bone wiggles out, no idea what temp that is, 205°ish prolly.
