Easter salmon

Tried smoking salmon for the first time today. Turned out pretty tasty. I loaded up the Good-One with new Kingsford and maple chunks before noon, and at 8:00 pm it is still holding 250*.

yes, brined in salt, maple syrup, garlic, lemon juice, pepper.
