I had to travel to Syracuse NY last week for business, and found this place in downtown. Heard it was good, and it was! I had a great rib eye, with a quarter rack of ribs. Ribs had a great smoke ring, good flavor and texture off the bone. And you must try the french fries with (of all things)...pork sauce!!! :becky:
 
I've made some of the recipes in the book,I like the way they got started cooking for bikers at rallies.May have to ride up there sometime next spring. T
