HR department at work seems to have a decent budget, bringing in decent food/beverage vendors often lately. They sent an email after the last one asking everyone for new suggestions.

I was in Lincoln and Omaha this week and saw a bunch of billboard ads for Piedmontese Beef. Is it any good?



Got to work today and had a surprise present delivered from my boss.
2 NY strips
4 lbs of 80/20
2 28oz. T-Bones
80 oz Rib Roast
And 4 racks of beef ribs
Today was a real good day
 
Eric, I have never had it before, from the looks of it it looks great. Looking forward to the rib roast and beef ribs. I have the strips in the fridge now.
 
Man what a cool boss! It's been my experience that Piedmontese is really good. There is a farm not too far away that raises them
