It is Carnival weekend here in Mexico. I am in a small towncalled Etzatlan. Walked into town and watched the rodeo for awhile, then went out by the food vendors and then I saw this:

Pork, beef, chicken, chorizo all being cooked vaquero style on vertical spits (rebar) around a fire.

Thought you guys would enjoy it too.
