Yep. My fence is intentionally unstained cedar and has about a decade of weathering on it.

I’ve found Chevron Shingle Oil is a nice preservative of natural Cedar color.

Looks like a good product. I went with Cabot Australian Timber Oil.

Rain delay. At least it gives me a chance to see what a "natural" finish would look like. Thinking of going darker, but that does look nice. Wait. What am I saying? It's my wife who always picks colors (and changes her mind after I paint)!

Concrete would have been great, but I wanted my BBQ area to have a space under it that could be a home for trolls.

Reminds me of when we finished my deck. One of the guys said "look, I'm the first one to walk on your deck". I immediately responded "nah, happens all the time... oh... you said deck?... my bad". Then he was the first to pee on my deck. ound:

It's an 8 1/2-inch Hitachi I bought in 2001. Made in Japan. Still cuts right if I do my part.
