I’d never had a Cuban sandwich until July. Just a bite. Really good. Without a press I can’t compete, but my little Blackstone gives 100% to a knockoff.
Ezekiel Muffins and breads are legal on BALi food list. I eat maybe one every 3-4 weeks.
Anyway my patio Blackstone is strategically stored but only one minute or less from action at all times. Yesterday’s sliced Duroc Pork butt, some Black Forest ham, Coleman Mustard on mine French’s on the Brides, dill pickle, jack and Swiss cheese. A few organic blue corn chips and Happy Tomato Salsa.

A cubano, is one of my favorite sandwiches. A grilled cubano is way better than a grilled cheese too!
