Couple Quick Pork Steaks

Not much to look at but sure was good! Enjoyed me a few barley pops while I was at it. We also did 2 foil bombs of potatoes. One for the wife with onions and one for me without onions. I did however use plenty of onion powder in my foil pack. I can do the powder and salt but hate onions. Go figure. Photo does not include foil bombs.

And I will admit, I failed to put any of the onion skins or slices in the coals for the awesome smell good effect. :doh:
