Costco clearance for Louisiana Pellet Grill?

Apparently it’s the same pellet pooper that everyone was snagging at $599 and loving it. At $399? Welp, if there was one near me I’d have a hard time talking myself out of it. According to the OP, here’s the locations where they have it:
