I bought one of his recipe books a long while ago, simply for the Cinnabon recipe. It's pretty spot on if you can find the right cinnamon.

Useless for me - I never eat at any of those restaurants. I rarely eat at restaurants and when I do I tend to favor small family places or ethnic places like Ethiopian or South Indian or Turkish.
